KWABENA OWUSU ASARE - CEO
Kwabena, the co-founder of R.E.S.C, is an entrepreneur and business consultant responsible for managing the company's diverse portfolio of Commercial, Retail, Corporate and Residential Properties. With over 10 years of experience in the industry and a degree in International Real Estate and Facility Management from NHTV University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, he brings valuable knowledge and expertise to the role. Prior to co-founding R.E.S.C, Kwabena worked with ISS International, a facility services company owned by Goldman Sachs in the Netherlands, where he assisted the facility manager in managing portfolios for high-profile clients like Delta Lloyd Insurances. He also worked at Broll Ghana Limited as a commercial real estate consultant and researcher on various projects, including the brokerage of at the time high-profile properties under management by the company. As a consultant he has advised clients such as Quick Credit and Quick Holdings, KPMG and PATH Ghana. Additionally he played a key role in major projects undertaking by clients such as Unique Development company across Ghana on the back of some of Governments flagship initiatives such the Public Private Partnership Initiative for the Water Works and Housing Ministry, Judicial Service and the Ghana Police Service. In addition to his expertise in real estate, property and business consultancy. Addtionally he various interests in the Oil and Gas sector. English, Dutch, and Twi, Kwabena enjoys football, swimming, and exploring new places through tourism.
KWASI NTI-KYEI - Executive Director
Kwasi is a joint overseer of the overall Management of Commercial, Retail, Corporate and Residential Properties, where his responsibilities include introducing management concepts and strategy for the company. Kwasi is a Co-founder and has over 10 years experience in the property industry. He is an incorporate member of the Chartered Institute of Builders and holds a certificate in Land Economy. Prior to joining R.E.S.C he worked with HB Consult e.K in Germany managing the German African Project which involved high priority projects on Renewable energy, Water and Sewage, Industrial, Mining and Construction Machinery for Clients in Africa. Kwasi embraced a new challenge as the Business Development Manager for Africa and Middle East for SCHMITZ Cargobull AG, the world’s leading manufacturer of semi-trailers based in Germany. In his past endeavors, Kwasi worked with Broll Ghana Limited in Ghana managing high end properties and corporate clients. Among these are the World Trade Centre Building, Premier Tower, Heritage Tower and Trust Tower where he served as the property manager as well as handled the tenant lease administration. Kwasi speaks fluent English, German, Twi and a level A1 French and enjoys touring the world, swimming and playing basketball.
