RESC renders services in terms of overseeing and coordinating the drafting of property valuations for all clients who seek to ascertain accurate values of their assets on the property market. These valuations are according to international valuation standards regulated by prestigious institutions like Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as well as the Ghana Institute of Surveyors (GhIS). We provide clients with detailed valuation reports that are upheld by any national or international institution, financial institutions and law courts.
